Antibiotic tests using ELISA

SpectrProduct is the official distributor of Bioo Scientific (USA) products in the  Russian Federation and offers Max Signal ® test systems for determining the residual amount of tetracycline, chloramphenicol, streptomycin, penicillin, nitrofuran metabolites (AMOZ, AOZ, AHD, SEM), aflatoxin M1 by ELISA inmilk , milk powder, meat, honey, eggs and other products using Max Signal ® test systems produced by Bioo Scientific (USA).

Our specialists will provide free training in working with test systems and further support (visit of highly qualified specialists), installation of the MaxSignal ELISA Detection Analysis System software, in Russian, with an intuitive interface that allows for logarithmic calculations and construction of a calibration dependence of the results .

We provide free of charge methods registered and updated in BelGIM with blue seals for working with test systems and for accreditation of a testing laboratory.

Max Signal ® test systems   allow testing simultaneously (in one analysis) not only raw materials (milk, meat), but also finished products (butter, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, milk powder, whey), which significantly reduces the total time of analysis and saves expensive reagents.

Max Signal ®  test systems  have higher sensitivity than comparable systems and lower residue detection limitsantibiotics in the product.

Max Signal ® test systems   have ready-made calibration solutions in kits for determining residual amounts of chloramphenicol,  streptomycin  and aflatoxin M1.

Becausetetracycline and penicillin are very unstable antibiotics, especially in a dissolved state, tetracycline and penicillin standards are prepared in dry form, and calibration solutions are prepared immediately before analysis, which allows you to be sure that tetracycline and penicillin have not decomposed in solutions, as evidenced by accurate construction calibration graph and the location of control points on it, which significantly increases the reproducibility, reliability and accuracy of the result.

Absence of false positive results and background, compared to systems from other manufacturers.

There is no need for immunoaffinity columns for meat and for  Aflatoxin M1 , which reduces the cost of analysis, significantly speeds up sample preparation, saves reagents, and reduces subjective operator error.

The presence of special buffer solutions to completely remove fat from aqueous sample solutions also affects the higher accuracy of the analysis.

Availability of special buffer solutions to facilitate sample preparation of cheese, butter, meat and meat products.

The long shelf life of  Max Signal ® kits (12 - 18 months)  indicates higher stability of the reagents, which means greater confidence in the reliability of the analysis results.

There is no need to purchase additional equipment and reagents.

96 wells in the set allow you to test 42 samples (+ 6 standards) in parallel.

To carry out periodic in-production laboratory monitoring of farms for the presence of residual quantities of antibiotics, it is enough to use methods certified and registered in BelGIM. The introduction of registered methods into the scope of accreditation makes it possible to conduct analyzes and issue final protocols to third-party organizations.

MaxSignal® Nitroimidazole (azomycin) (96 wells per kit)

kit for enzyme immunoassay (Catalog number 1108-01)
Test systems for determining residual amounts of synthetic antibiotics of the  nitroimidazole group  (including  metronidazole ) in milk, meat, etc. by ELISA method

Description of the kit

Antibiotics of the nitroimidazole group are synthetic antibiotics active against anaerobic bacteria and pathogens of parasitic infections. The most common representatives of the group are metronidazole and dimetridazole.

The use of antibiotics of the nitroimidazole group is prohibited in food production. The influence of nitroimidazole on the development of infertility, renal and liver failure has been established.

The MaxSignal ® Nitroimidazole ELISA Reagent Kit enables international and government regulatory agencies, food manufacturers, processors, and quality control organizations to detect nitroimidazole at levels as low as 0.25 µg/kg in a variety of samples and address consumer safety concerns food products.

The unique characteristics of this kit are:
· Efficient isolation (70-95%), fast and economical extraction methods.
· Fast analysis by ELISA (less than 1.5 hours regardless of the number of samples).
· High reproducibility of analysis results.
The set is produced in accordance with the international standard  ISO 9001:2008. ISO CI#:SARA-2009-CA-0114-A.
